Here at Carolina Dreamin Boutique, we know that sometimes it can be tough when ordering online. We try our very best to describe the fit of our clothing and we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. We understand that we will have returns due to items not working for you so we want to make sure you understand our return policy.
If you need to return an item please know that we are very firm with our policy for all customers.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the customers responsibility.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. We're still a growing boutique so if your item is no longer available then you can use your store credit for another item.
- Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days will be rejected and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition. We will not take items back if they have been washed or worn.
CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THESE ITEMS.
